The following issues are currently under fixes by our Dev team

and will be updated upon the next maintenance.

1. Issue where the Love Elixir item is used over the actual number held.

2. Issue where the Arena points are not displayed properly

   and not applied after the battle.

   *You will see the point as usual upon re-login after you enter the Arena once.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the issues above

and sent the compensation below as an apology.

Also, as informed via [Announcement of the known issue on Love Elixir] prior,

for the Lords who repeatedly made use of the issue above,

we are going to impose a 7-day account suspension

and retrieve the unfair amount of Affection acquired

according to the Terms of Service.

*There can be some loss of information according to the backup time

and compensation for the loss is not paid separately.

If you find any error or issue during the gameplay,

we ask you to refrain from using it and

report it to us via Customer Support or the official communities.

Also, for the inquiry regarding the account suspension,

please leave us your user information via Customer Support.

We sincerely appreciate our Lords who reported the issues

and will do our best to build a more fluent and fairer gaming environment.
